‘I really feel on high of the world’ – Luke Humphries on being World Darts champion
Luke Humphries says he feels "on top of the world" after beating 16-year-old Luke Littler within the last of the World Darts Championship at London’s Alexandra Palace.
Trailing 4-2, he fought again to win 7-4 and take the title together with £500,000 in prize cash.
Speaking of Littler, Humphries informed Sky News: "He’s an incredible talent, he’s got a very mature head on young shoulders and I believe he’s going to be a main contender for the next 30 years for sure."
