Illinois congresswoman introduces articles of impeachment towards DHS Secretary Kristi Noem

Democratic Rep. Robin Kelly of Illinois says she has launched articles of impeachment towards Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem in response to the federal immigration enforcement surge in main cities, together with Chicago.

The three articles accuse Noem of obstructing Congress, violating public belief and self-dealing.

"Secretary Noem has brought her reign of terror to the Chicagoland area, L.A., New Orleans, Charlotte, Durham … She needs to be held accountable for her actions."
