Increase in asylum backlog as extra migrants cross the Channel
Epping Forest District Council sought an interim High Court injunction to cease migrants from being accommodated at The Bell Hotel in Epping, which is owned by Somani Hotels Limited.
The Home Office is looking for permission to intervene within the case, which, if granted, will permit it to attraction the interim judgment handed down final week.
