A fireplace on the large Ras Tanura oil refinery in Saudi Arabia has added to nervousness about international vitality safety. The kingdom is the world’s greatest oil exporter.
The fireplace began after shrapnel from the interception of two Iranian drones on Monday fell on the refinery.
