The UN has referred to as for the remaining hospitals in Gaza to be protected after the Israeli navy closed the final main functioning hospital in northern Gaza.
Parts of the Kamal Adwan Hospital have been burnt down and lots of of employees and sufferers have been ordered to go away.
The World Health Organisation says the hospital is now utterly out of service.
Israel claims it was getting used as a Hamas command centre.
