The UN has referred to as for the remaining hospitals in Gaza to be protected after the Israeli navy closed the final main functioning hospital in northern Gaza.
Parts of the Kamal Adwan Hospital had been burnt down and tons of of employees and sufferers had been ordered to go away.
The World Health Organisation says the hospital is now fully out of service.
Israel claims it was getting used as a Hamas command centre.
