‘Israeli strikes’ which killed 31 Yemeni journalists condemned
Niku Jafarnia of Human Rights Watch has instructed Sky News that an assault on newspaper places of work in Yemen which reportedly killed 31 journalists and media help staff was "atrocious".
Israeli strikes on newspaper places of work in Yemen killed 31 journalists and media help staff, based on the outlet struck and the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ).
Speaking to Sky’s Gillian Joseph, Ms Jafarnia accused the worldwide neighborhood of "sitting idly by" as press freedoms internationally come below assault.
The places of work in Sanaa have been hit on 10 September by strikes carried out by the Israel Defence Forces, based on the Committee to Protect Journalists, marking the deadliest single strike on the press since 2009.
