Sir Keir Starmer tells the Scottish Labour convention he is aware of Scotland stands with the folks of Ukraine, including: "Peace only comes with strength."
He says no negotiation about Ukraine’s future could be taken with out Ukraine on the desk, following the US holding talks with Russia with none Ukrainian representatives in Saudi Arabia this week.
"As we enter a new phase in this new conflict, we must now deepen our solidarity even further," he says.
