Japanese American remembers being held at jail camp 83 years in the past
Joyce Nakamura Okazaki was simply seven years previous when she and her household have been compelled to board a practice in April 1942 and held at one of many US’s jail camps for Japanese Americans. CNN’s Stephanie Elam studies from Manzanar, California, the location of one of many jail camps, which closed 80 years in the past.
