In a dramatic change on Friday, Jennifer Crumbley got here underneath hearth as she was cross-examined by prosecutors in a second day on the stand in her manslaughter trial.
In this clip, Crumbley testified that she was asleep when police arrived on the scene of the artwork studio the place she and her husband, James, had been allegedly hiding days after the taking pictures occurred. Prosecutors stated the time stamps on texts show that she was awake simply earlier than they had been taken into custody.
Jennifer Crumbley and James Crumbley have each been charged with 4 counts of involuntary manslaughter in reference to the taking pictures carried out by their then-15-year-old son.
Both mother and father have pleaded not responsible. James Crumbley will go on trial individually in March.
