Jersey City mayor slams NTSB investigation instances, requires helicopter tour restrictions

Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop slammed NTSB investigation instances within the wake of the lethal helicopter crash into the Hudson River as he referred to as for extra restrictions on helicopter excursions.

"Post-9/11 there was restrictions and it seemed like it worked OK, and then over time we brought back those restrictions."
