Johnson guides George Washington over Maryland-Eastern Shore

Garrett Johnson’s 18 factors helped George Washington defeat Maryland-Eastern Shore 69-63 on Saturday evening.

Johnson additionally contributed 10 rebounds for the Revolutionaries (11-2). Darren Buchanan Jr. scored 14 factors and added eight rebounds. James Bishop had 11 factors and shot 3 of 10 from the sector and 4 for six from the road.

The Hawks (2-9) have been led by Troy Hupstead, who recorded 25 factors and 9 rebounds. Devon Ellis added 16 factors and eight rebounds for Maryland-Eastern Shore. In addition, Chace Davis had 11 factors. The loss was the Hawks’ seventh in a row.
