A federal choose in New York has denied the Department of Justice’s request to unseal grand jury materials from Jeffrey Epstein’s prison case.
The resolution on Wednesday marks the third and remaining time a federal choose has denied the Trump administration’s request to unseal grand jury supplies associated to Epstein, the rich financier and convicted intercourse offender who died by suicide in jail in 2019. The courtroom’s resolution successfully ends the DOJ’s try and launch grand jury supplies within the case, by the division plans to begin sharing different Epstein information with Congress later this week.
