Hadush Kebatu was arrested in Finsbury Park after spending greater than 48 hours at massive after having been mistakenly launched from jail.
He was jailed for 12 months earlier this 12 months after he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old woman and a lady in Epping.
Justice Secretary David Lammy says Hadush Kebatu shall be deported "this week".
