News at TIME100 Gala. "My hope is that they see how hard I work. And that they understand. I know that’s how I feel about my parents. It’s just work ethic. Discipline, work ethic." She continued, "What we do—and what I know my kids are gonna do—is we’re a community. It’s a real community, and we can’t do it without each other. It’s a really collaborative medium."
