Second World War veterans, who fought within the Pacific, shall be remembered right this moment on the eightieth anniversary of VJ Day.
Despite battle ending in Europe in May 1945, 1000’s of Allied Troops continued combating within the Far East.
The King and Queen Camilla will publicly mark the anniversary and meet veterans by attending the National Service of Remembrance on the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire.
