Kinzinger says Christians who assist Trump don’t ‘understand’ their faith

Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger, Illinois Republican, criticized Christians who assist former President Donald Trump by saying Tuesday that they don’t perceive their faith.

“I’m going to go out on a NOT limb here: this man is not a Christian,” he mentioned of Mr. Trump in a submit on X. “If you are a Christian who supports him you don’t understand your own religion. The former president went on to criticize quite a few others who “are looking to destroy our once great USA.”

He then veered into all capital letters: “May they rot in hell. Again, Merry Christmas.”
