Koalas get first chlamydia vaccine

A vaccine used to deal with chlamydia in Australia’s koala inhabitants has been permitted for rollout in a world-first venture. Researchers from the University of the Sunshine Coast spent greater than 10 years creating the single-dose vaccine to guard the famed Australian marsupial from the consequences of chlamydia, which is answerable for half of koala deaths within the nation’s wild populations. #CNN #News
