‘Labour is the social gathering of web zero and motorists’, says way forward for roads minister

Lillian Greenwood tells Sky News that drivers might save round £500 a 12 months because of repairs being made to roads.

Speaking to Sky News with Anna Jones, the minister for the way forward for roads, says she believes potholes are "probably the biggest issue on the doorsteps".

Greenwood provides the federal government is giving native councils the primary share of £1.6bn in funding that has been allotted to pay for roads to be repaired.
