Labour ‘stonewalling’ over China spies case

Shadow chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Alex Burghart, and shadow house secretary, Chris Philp have written a letter as they’re "very concerned" concerning the China spy case.

Burghart says the China spy case trial must occur "if it possibly can" because the UK is giving permission to spies world wide to "come and spy on British members of Parliament and you may get away with it".
