The largest Mars meteorite ever discovered on Earth has been bought at a Sotheby’s public sale in New York City.
The unique bid for the rock was $4.3 million — with charges and extra prices, the entire worth of the rock will increase to about $5.3 million, based on the public sale home.
The Martian rock, generally known as NWA 16788, weighs greater than 54 kilos, is sort of 15 inches lengthy and is 70% bigger than the subsequent greatest piece of Mars that has been recovered.
