A senior Lebanese official has informed Sky News there have to be a ceasefire earlier than negotiations start between Lebanon and Israel.
Social Affairs Minister Haneen Sayed informed Yalda Hakim it was unacceptable for diplomacy to be carried out while "bombs were falling over our heads".
