A buoyant Ed Davey has hailed ‘incredible’ Lib Dem election outcomes after his get together took management of Portsmouth metropolis’s council.

He says: "It’s a fantastic result here in Portsmouth. Reform threw everything at it, but we’ve won; we’ve taken control of this council."
