Liverpool have retired the quantity 20 shirt in honour of Diogo Jota – the primary time it has made such a gesture.
The Premier League champions stated it was a mirrored image of the Portuguese ahead’s contribution and the impression he had on teammates and supporters.
Newly-married Jota died alongside his brother, Andre, when his Lamborghini crashed in northern Spain on 3 July.
