The former ‘NCIS: LA’ star reveals why he determined to reprise his position as Sam Hanna in an all-new ‘New York’ spinoff along with his buddy, ‘Hawaii Five-O’ veteran Scott Caan. ‘NCIS: New York’ is about to premiere on CBS this fall. Before then, LL will make a cameo within the unique ‘NCIS’ sequence on Thursday, April 21.
