Man arrested for shoplifting by mounted police in New Mexico

An individual was arrested for shoplifting by mounted police in New Mexico, the Albuquerque Police Department (APD) stated.

Footage posted by the APD reveals the suspect attempting to flee the scene as a number of mounted officers surrounded him again on March 20.

The suspect, recognized as a 30-year-old man, stole $230 price of merchandise and was charged with shoplifting, evading police, and possession of drug paraphernalia, police stated.
