The US Justice Department has charged a person with the deadly capturing of a pair of Israel embassy aides outdoors the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington.
Elias Rodriguez, 31, from Chicago, was charged with two counts of first diploma homicide.
Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim, a younger couple who had been about to be engaged, had been attacked as they left an occasion on the museum.
