Man charged with stalking Lib Dem chief Sir Ed Davey

A person has been remanded in custody for allegedly stalking the Lib Dem chief Sir Ed Davey.

The Metropolitan Police mentioned Inigo Rowland, 58, of Surbiton, was charged with stalking and possession of a flick knife.
