A person has been convicted of killing his spouse in a landmark case after she jumped to her demise from a bridge to flee him.
Lee Milne, 40, subjected his spouse Kimberly, 28, to horrific acts of violence and coercive management over many months, together with punching her and spitting at her.
Ms Milne died after she fell from an overpass and was hit by autos in Dundee in July 2023.
The case is the primary prosecution and conviction of its form in Scotland.
