Join Sarah-Jane Mee on The UK Tonight as a person has been discovered responsible of murdering a mom who was stabbed in entrance of her three-year-old daughter at Notting Hill Carnival.

Cher Maximen, 32, was on the occasion’s household day in west London on 25 August final 12 months when she was stabbed within the groin. She died in hospital on 31 August.
