A 39-year-old man died in hospital alone, miles from his household, after being detained by US immigration officers.
Ismael Ayala-Uribe, who had lived within the US since he was 4, fell in poor health whereas in an immigration detention centre in California.
He complained of a fever and had a persistent cough within the weeks earlier than he died, in accordance with his mom Lucia.
