Alana Odysseos, 32, was within the early phases of being pregnant together with her third youngster when she was attacked by Shaine March, 45, at her dwelling in Walthamstow, east London, early on Monday 22 July.
March pleaded responsible to her homicide on the seventh day of his trial earlier this month and will probably be sentenced at this time on the Old Bailey.
March was aged 21 when he killed a person by stabbing him within the neck at a McDonald’s restaurant, again in January 2000.
