A police manhunt is underway after an asylum seeker who sexually assaulted a 14-year-old lady in Epping was mistakenly launched from jail.
A witness instructed our nationwide correspondent Tom Parmenter that the Ethiopian nationwide was exterior the jail for at the very least ninety minutes.
