British bicycle owner Mark Cavendish, 39, has damaged the report for Tour de France stage wins after going 5 years with out a win.
He secured the historic milestone after triumphing in Saint-Vulbas, jap France, to win the thirty fifth stage of his profession.
It comes after bitter disappointment for Cavendish when he crashed out of final 12 months’s Tour – which he had stated could be his final – and breaking his collar bone.
