Markwayne Mullin was sworn in by Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday as the brand new secretary of the Department of Homeland Security within the Oval Office, following remarks by President Donald Trump. Mullin, an Oklahoma Republican, was confirmed by the Senate on Monday night in a 54 to 45 vote.
