Massive landslide thought to have killed greater than 670 individuals in Papua New Guinea

More than 670 persons are thought to have have been killed by a large landslide in northern Papua New Guinea.

As many as six villages have been impacted by the landslide, with reduction crews working to relocate these affected.

The landslide levelled the mountainous Kaokalam village in Enga Province – about 370 miles (600km) northwest of the capital Port Moresby.
