On Tuesday, October 28, Mayo Clinic and Knutson Construction hosted a “steel beam topping off ceremony” at one of many Bold. Forward. Unbound. in Rochester development websites in downtown Rochester, Minnesota. The metal beam marked the ultimate piece put in atop Mayo Clinic’s Prospect Utility Plant growth – a significant milestone for the practically 80,000-square-foot facility addition that may present steam power, chilled water and electrical energy and solidify Mayo Clinic’s long-term, sustainable power assets for the subsequent 100 years of hope and therapeutic in Rochester.  

Jack Rol, Project Manager for Mayo Clinic in Rochester Facilities and one of many leaders on the Prospect Utility Plant growth mission, mirrored on the significance of teamwork as he thanked the numerous companions, collaborators and stakeholders who attended the occasion. “I’ve been doing construction for thirty years and it always amazes me how many people, how many teams, it truly takes to get to this point.”
