The Mayor of Liverpool City Region, Steve Rotheram has stated the folks will "come together" following the incident throughout Liverpool FC’s trophy parade by way of the town on Monday.
Thousands of followers had been within the metropolis centre when the incident unfolded with 27 folks needing hospital therapy and two in a critical situation.
