Two males have been noticed strolling dangerously near Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano.
In the video captured on Dec. 23, one in all them might be seen gesturing to the webcam operated by the U.S. Geological Survey.
Locals say they’ve seen an uptick in folks trespassing in areas closed to the general public.
