Michael Matheson has resigned as Scottish well being secretary after a scandal involving an £11,000 iPad knowledge roaming invoice.
A cross-party physique accountable for the Scottish parliament launched an investigation in November after Mr Matheson took the parliamentary iPad with him on a week-long go to to Morocco along with his household round Christmas in 2022.
