Jay Trombley, a member of CrossPointe Community Church’s safety staff in Wayne, Michigan, helped forestall what police stated may have been “a large-scale mass shooting.”
A church member, operating late to service, noticed the gunman and struck him together with his pickup truck, then Trombley entered the scene and shot the gunman, killing him.
