An interim report into maternity and neonatal providers throughout England has unveiled surprising allegations, together with that some child deaths have been being misclassified to stop additional investigation.
Government Minister Alison McGovern instructed Sky News that whereas the federal government will formally reply to the report, she is personally "really worried" about it.
