Mourners pay their respects to The Stone Roses bassist Gary “Mani” Mounfield

The Stone Roses bassist Gary "Mani" Mounfield died on 20 November on the age of 63.

The bassist joined the band in 1987 and fashioned a part of its basic line-up alongside singer Ian Brown, guitarist John Squire and drummer Alan "Reni" Wren.

Mani performed on each The Stone Roses’ eponymous debut album, launched in 1989, and their 1995 follow-up, Second Coming.
