Conservative MP Miriam Cates has known as on Rishi Sunak to think about banning below 16s from social media and smartphones.
Speaking throughout PMQs, Ms Cates claimed there was an increase in “poor teen mental health” and “children addicted to pornography” since 2010.
Rishi Sunak stated that the Online Safety Act “protects children from harmful or inappropriate” materials.
