Drenching storms turned quiet streets in into rivers of mud in California’s San Bernardino County. One motorist was trapped in moments, roads had been buried and neighborhoods had been minimize off. Families needed to shelter in place and a few automobiles had been left quickly stranded, however no accidents have been reported, officers say.
