Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos revealed native authorities had been on the hunt for surveillance footage from Jan. 11, a date wherein officers believed a possible suspect had been pictured. Nanos informed KOLD March 23, “We do believe that something occurred on Jan. 11.” Although he didn’t share proof as to why investigators discover the date important, Nanos additionally emphasised that the investigation into Nancy’s disappearance—which went underway after the 84-year-old was reported lacking Feb. 1—will proceed.
