NATO confirms North Korean troops are being despatched to Russia to struggle Ukraine – Speech in full

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte makes an announcement on the deployment of North Korean troops to Russia.

Last week, the US mentioned it has proof that North Korea has despatched a minimum of 3,000 troops to Russia – including there’s a "highly concerning probability" they are going to struggle in Ukraine.

US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin known as the deployment a "next step" after North Korea beforehand offered Russia with arms, including that Pyongyang may face penalties for aiding Moscow instantly.
