Netflix has agreed a $72bn deal to take over one of many golden period giants of Hollywood, Warner Brothers. The settlement is about to draw scrutiny from competitors regulators, notably within the United States.
Both Warner Brothers and Netflix don’t see the prospect of the deal being accomplished till 2027.
