New site visitors mild system flags up UK’s worst potholes
Drivers in England can learn the way their native councils are tackling potholes following the introduction of a brand new site visitors score system from the Department for Transport.
The system reveals 154 native freeway authorities rated as purple, amber or inexperienced based mostly on street situations and the way successfully they’re spending the federal government’s street upkeep funding.
It has unhealthy information for drivers in Cumberland in Cumbria, Bolton in Greater Manchester, Leicestershire, Suffolk, and Kensington and Chelsea in west London – with all areas classed as purple beneath the system.
