New York to impose new gun laws after Supreme Court struck down concealed carry restrictions

New York state will enforce new gun laws starting Sept. 1, which include designating Times Square as a gun-free zone. CBS News’ Michael George and Tanya Rivero speak with New York City Council member Erik Bottcher about what will change under the new regulations, and what more can be done.
